Food sensitivities can be an underlying cause to many conditions such as allergies, migraines, chronic pain, skin complaints and digestive issues.
Following a consultation I determine if testing would be beneficial and subsequently may refer you for food sensitivity testing using the ALCAT® diagnostic system. This test determines immune and non-immune reactions and does not require you to have eaten any ‘suspect’ foods prior to the test. It can be used to screen for intolerances and sensitivities to:
